Originally from Michigan, Robert J. Casquejo, PA-C, graduated with honors, holding a degree in Biology from Michigan State University. He completed his degree in medicine in the physician assistant program of Western Michigan University in 1999. Following graduation and completion of the boards, he worked on the trauma surgery service at the Toledo Hospital, and in the emergency department of University of Michigan Hospital, for three years.
He began his emphasis in dermatology at the Macomb- Oakland Dermatology Associates practice in 2002, where he received training in medical, surgical and cosmetic skin care, from physicians who were clinical instructors at Wayne State Medical School. This included the use of cosmetic and surgical lasers, surgical dermatology, skin cancer management, as well as an emphasis in the management of patients in a Psoriasis center.
In March of 2012, Rob was a founding member of the Skin and Cancer Center of Scottsdale, where he currently practices with Dr. Brooke Blumetti. Having worked in dermatology since 2002, he continues to have a particular interest in the management of Psoriasis, and practices medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Patients often laud him for his attention to detail and thoroughness, and for his quick smile, sense of humor, and desire to have a warm, cordial relation with all his patients.

ABOUT BROOKE BLUMETTI, DO
She received her undergraduate degree in biology at Ohio University, Athens, Ohio. Dr. Blumetti’s medical degree was granted by Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio. Dr. Blumetti completed her traditional rotating internship at University Hospitals Richmond Medical Center in Richmond Heights, Ohio. She completed her dermatology residency at Michigan State University Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan. Dr. Blumetti is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology. Professional memberships include the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the Women’s Dermatologic Society.
