Robert J. Casquejo, PA-C
Originally from Michigan, graduated with honors, holding a degree in Biology from Michigan State University. He completed his degree in medicine in the physician assistant program of Western Michigan University in 1999. Following graduation and completion of the boards, he worked on the trauma surgery service at the Toledo Hospital, and in the emergency department of University of Michigan Hospital, for three years.

Rob began his emphasis in dermatology at the Macomb-Oakland Dermatology Associates practice in 2002, where he received training in medical, surgical and cosmetic skin care. This included the use of cosmetic and surgical lasers, surgical dermatology, skin cancer management, as well as an emphasis in the management of Psoriasis.

He has served in many professional groups: as a member and clinical instructor for the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, as a co-founder and former executive officer of the Michigan Dermatology Physician Assistants organization, and currently as a founding executive board member of the Arizona Dermatology Physician Assistants.

In March of 2012, Rob joined Dr. Glenn Yarbrough and together they opened the Skin and Cancer Center of Scottsdale.

Dr. Joseph Machuzak
Dr. Joseph Machuzak graduated Cum Laude in 1995 with a Bachelor of Sciences in Biology from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. He continued with his medical education with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2000 from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After working in osteopathic medicine for several years, Dr. Machuzak attended Midwestern University as a Dermatology resident, becoming an attending dermatologist in 2009.

Dr. Machuzak is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and American Osteopathic Association. He is also a member of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology and board certified through the American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology.

In October of 2013, Dr. Machuzak joined the Skin and Cancer Center of Scottsdale.

Dr. Mark A. Meyers
Dr. Mark A. Meyers received his medical degree from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University, Illinois and completed his dermatology residency program at Cook County Hospital, Illinois.

Dr. Meyers brings 40 years of medical and cosmetic dermatology experience and is a member of the International Association of Dermatologists as well as a recipient of Phoenix Magazine’s Top Doctors Award.

He offers all aspects of medical dermatology and specializes in Mohs surgery, an advanced procedure used to treat specific types of skin cancers, offered on-site at the Skin and Cancer Center of Scottsdale.

Additionally, Dr. Meyers brings extensive experience in advanced cosmetic treatments, including CO2 resurfacing, surgical facelifts and Botox injections.

In November 2015, Dr. Meyers joined the Skin and Cancer Center of Scottsdale.
